Teaching History

  • Has two years of experience teaching private lessons for violin, has taught piano as well. Is very passionate about teaching, very patient, and very determined to have his students succeed. Some of his violin students have been accepted into the Region 23 orchestras.


Performance History

  • Has 17 years of playing experience
  • Currently performs in the Clear Lake Symphony, is 1st violin
  • Has been part of the first violin section majority of the time in orchestras but has played second violin as well. Has been principal second and concertmaster while in the University of Houston’s Moores School of Music Symphony orchestra.
  • Has performed orchestral repertoire including music of Tchaikovsky, Beethoven, Strauss, Ravel, etc.
  • Has performed violin repertoire including Bach solo sonatas, Mendelssohn violin concerto, Ysaye Solo Sonatas, Ravel Tzigane, Sibelius violin concerto, etc.
